First I opened Adobe Photoshop 7.0 ME. Then I click the file botton on the menu bar and click open. And chose the desired photo and I click open. Then inserted a text through the tool pallete and customize the text by the three palletes. Then I click filter in the menu barthen I brush strokes and I chose ink outlines. And I click the file button and save the image as JPEG file.
-fiirst, i opened adobe photoshop cs3
-second, i opened a file to choose a picture
-then , i click the noise and choose the median .
-After that , i change the radius into 10 .
-click the add layer style and choose the blending options
-change the oppacity into 50
-after changing the oppacity , click the layer in the menu bar and click the flatten image
-add text and change the font size into broadway.

How To Edit A Picture in Adobe Photoshop CS3
a. First, select a picture then drag it over to Adobe Photoshop Software in your PC.
b. Second, click filter in the option bar, click the filter gallery and choose the craquelure effect.
c. Then lastly, save it into JPEG format in your PC. :)
